Using accurate 3D scanning and 3D design, Sculpt casts are fully customisable and fabricated for your patients. Choose specifications such as special cut outs for wounds, bony protrusions, other areas for therapy or clinical investigations.
Improved Patient Outcomes
Sculpt casts target the injured area/joint, providing critical circumferential support. This allows for movement of the unaffected joints, reducing complications after cast removal such as limited mobility and stiffness.

Sculpt casts can be removed for intermittent range-of-motion exercises or therapeutic interventions such as ultrasound, TENS.
Patients can return to pre-morbid activities earlier and achieve range of motion, strength and functional goals faster.
Improved Care and Efficiency
Sculpt casts are waterproof and breathable, resolving issues such as skin irritation and sensitivity, replacement of old or wet casts, or worn out velcros. More time can be spent with patients for consultation and therapy.

Once prescribed, the patient can continue using the cast throughout the recovery process including returning to gradual sports and leisure activities.
Improved Patient Experience
Waterproof — Patients can engage in daily activities including bathing.
Breathable — No skin irritation, sensitivity or skin breakage
Stay active — Patients can continue their active lifestyle such as running and swimming.
Pleasing to the eye — Patients can choose from a catalogue of colours.
